    I had an excellent experience with great service and a beautifully maintained room. The location was perfect, and the staff treated me like family, making my stay enjoyable.

    The breakfast menu could use more diverse options.

    Everything is excellent, spacious and clean room. Excellent service and meals

    There is a music bar next to the reception where the music is very loud from the afternoon until the early hours of the morning.

    Thanks very much all for a wonderful stay on the night of 1st July to 2nd July morning. The restaurant was particularly good for breakfast, we ordered savoury dishes. Although it had not so good views, its bathroom was immaculately clean...

    Some people working there were impolite.

    A Wonderful Stay at The Park Chennai!

    The amenities offered by the Park catered to both business and relaxation needs. The state-of-the-art technology in the meeting rooms made presentations seamless and efficient. I also loved spending time by the stunning stretch of coastline nearby, which is a peaceful escape amidst the busy city. the dining experience at the hotel was really good, especially the flavorful dishes at the Lotus restaurant.

    location was good

    The place is not for Business travellers , it is a PARTY place , with loud noise banging all over the place till late hours , Impossible to Sleep , to top the pool party music the Outside traffic and the amount of dust on the glasses overlooking the city , looks like has not been cleaned since the hotel was constructed, no hand towels in the bathroom, feels like the pillows have been used for ages , highly discomfortable and disappointing, we checked out in a day and we Cancelled the other booking we were holding for the next day , this place is for partying kids and not for Corporates......

    Great hotel with amenities like wi-fi, valet parking, and a fitness center. My first stay, they even helped with late check-out, which I remember fondly. Definitely coming back for Christmas!

    Well-maintained and simply stunning hotel with very dedicated staff with duty manager, enjoyed our staying. The location was nice and ideal, a 10-15 minute walking distance from an ancient shrine.

    I arrived and they said. They cannot give me a room as they are overbooked and the excuse given was the room jave some water problem. They said they have made alternate arrangement at ITC hotel. I reached and nothing just nothing was right. The shiwer dis not work, the WC did not work, the bed had sorings come out. So from 10 pm yo 4.30 am I was strugfling with the hotel and I had a meeting starting 7.30 am

    Spacious layout and comfortable seating throughout hotel.

    My experience was filled with issues. The room I stayed in had a strong musty smell, and I could hardly relax after my long journey. The staff seemed indifferent to my concerns, and I found mold in the bathroom, quite alarming. With noise from the clubs nearby, it was difficult to get any sleep at all.

    the hotel is conveniently located near the us consulate, which was a huge plus for us. the bar, managed by ms. esther, offered excellent service and created a fantastic atmosphere. the staff, especially pooja and aaradhana at the reception, were helpful in assisting us with our documents. the reservation team, led by ms. sundari, was prompt and accommodating, allowing us early check-in. overall, the experience was good.

    Nothing, all great! 😊.
